ScaleSupply provides sourcing, fulfillment, quality control, packaging, and shipping support for e-commerce sellers. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed per engagement.

Supply credit and bonus credit added to your account are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of top-up unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ScaleSupply does not guarantee product success or ad performance. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
